Saw this on the Facebook page of my fitness group, @campgladiator. I have a toxic relationship with food perpetuated by the culture. I don’t blame the culture because I am the boss of myself. It’s great to promote health and fitness but lets be concerned with our mental health and having a proper relationship with food and a good relationship with our bodies and excercise. Your body is not something to apologize for. Neither is your thanksgiving meal. #foodfreedom #bodypositivity
